  1. 01 PROTOTYPE The first part, in hand before tooling.
  2. 02 PRE-SERIES The same program runs a low-volume pre-series.
  3. 03 ASSEMBLY Parts are prepared for sub-assembly and assembly.
  4. 04 REPORT Every batch ships with its inspection record.

Frequently asked questions

No fixed MOQ. The economic batch size depends on the part and the number of cavities, and we agree it with you. For very low volumes we recommend CNC machining or 3D printing.

3D: STEP/STP (preferred), IGES/IGS, SLDPRT and Parasolid X_T. 2D: PDF, DWG, DXF. Upload up to 50 MB per file through the RFQ form.

For molded parts, tolerance depends on resin, geometry and where the dimension sits in the tool; we reference ISO 20457 tolerance groups. Mark critical dimensions on your drawing and we'll confirm achievability in the DFM report.

Your files are used only for quoting and production. On request, we sign a mutual NDA before any file exchange.
