Every mold and every lot closes with an inspection record. The report we share with you is the same data we run production on.
Measurement capabilities
- Shop-floor gauging with height gauges, micrometers, calipers and gauges
- Surface roughness (Ra)
- First-article inspection (FAI) report
Incoming material control
Each resin lot is received against the supplier's certificate of analysis (CoA) and linked to production records; drying time and temperature are logged for hygroscopic resins; tool steels arrive with mill certificates.
T1/T2 sample approval
T1 samples ship with an inspection report and process parameter sheet. Deviations are corrected in the tool and approval is closed at T2. Approved parameters are locked; production runs to that golden sample and sheet.
PPAP / ISIR (indicative)
For customers who require it, we can prepare an ISIR and a PPAP-style submission; scope and level are agreed at project start.
Traceability
Every shipping carton carries a lot label: part no., lot, production date, machine, mold no. and resin lot.
Records are retained.
Calibration
Measuring equipment is calibrated to an annual plan at accredited laboratories; status is tracked by a label on each instrument.
Mold maintenance
Every mold has a shot counter and a preventive maintenance plan.
