What we collect and why
- Your contact details (name, email, company, country), to answer your request.
- Your request and file details, to prepare a quote.
- Security data (IP digest, browser information), to prevent misuse of the forms.
How your technical files are protected
- Files are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2.
- Only authorised engineers have access, through signed, temporary links.
- Retention period is set by contract and applicable law.
- On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before work starts.
Third parties
We use Google Cloud (EU region) and Cloudflare (storage, CDN, form verification) for hosting and infrastructure. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties for marketing.
