CAPABILITY 03 — SERIES PRODUCTION (MOLDING)

Approved parameters. Uninterrupted series production.

Process parameters locked at T1 approval are held throughout production. The goal: lot 1,000 matches what you approved in lot one.

  1. 01 RUNNER & GATE Melt travels through the runner to the gate.
  2. 02 FLOW FRONT The flow front advances through the cavity.
  3. 03 WELD LINE Where two fronts meet is predicted in advance.
  4. 04 HOLD & COOL Holding pressure offsets shrinkage as the part cools.
01 / 03 SCOPE

What we do

  • 01 Material drying (desiccant dryers)
  • 02 Mold temperature control
  • 03 Robotic part removal
  • 04 Shot-weight and cycle monitoring
  • 05 Lot labeling and traceability
  • 06 Assembly, sub-assembly and packing (alongside series parts)

We don't impose a fixed minimum order; we agree an economic batch size based on the part and the tool.

Frequently asked questions

No fixed MOQ. The economic batch size depends on the part and the number of cavities, and we agree it with you. For very low volumes we recommend CNC machining or 3D printing.

Most thermoplastics, including PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA6, PA66 (incl. glass-filled), POM, PBT, TPE/TPU and PMMA. We run the exact grade you specify.

Your files are used only for quoting and production. On request, we sign a mutual NDA before any file exchange.

T1 samples are molded after mold assembly and shipped with an inspection report; the date is set in the project schedule. After any corrections, approval is completed with T2 samples.

Yes, we supply customers worldwide. Parts are packed to your specification (cartons, returnable totes, pallets) with lot labels. Incoterms are stated in the quote.

Yes. After T1 approval we move into series production in the same facility; approved process parameters are locked and production runs on them. We agree the batch size with you by part and tool, and can take on assembly and packing. If you'd rather run the tool on your own floor, we deliver it with a trial report and maintenance documentation.
