01 / 01 QUESTIONS
What buyers ask before an RFQ
No fixed MOQ. The economic batch size depends on the part and the number of cavities, and we agree it with you. For very low volumes we recommend CNC machining or 3D printing.
Lead time depends on slides, mold size and hot-runner lead time. We confirm the typical time from design approval to T1 samples in the project schedule sent with every quote.
T1 samples are molded after mold assembly and shipped with an inspection report; the date is set in the project schedule. After any corrections, approval is completed with T2 samples.
For molded parts, tolerance depends on resin, geometry and where the dimension sits in the tool; we reference ISO 20457 tolerance groups. Mark critical dimensions on your drawing and we'll confirm achievability in the DFM report.
Most thermoplastics, including PP, PE, ABS, PC, PA6, PA66 (incl. glass-filled), POM, PBT, TPE/TPU and PMMA. We run the exact grade you specify.
Yes. Every mold project starts with a DFM report covering wall thickness, draft, undercuts and gate location, backed by mold-flow analysis where needed.
3D: STEP/STP (preferred), IGES/IGS, SLDPRT and Parasolid X_T. 2D: PDF, DWG, DXF. Upload up to 50 MB per file through the RFQ form.
Your files are used only for quoting and production. On request, we sign a mutual NDA before any file exchange.
Once fully paid, the mold is your property. We store and maintain it at our facility and mold for you; on request, we release the tool to you.
Yes, we supply customers worldwide. Parts are packed to your specification (cartons, returnable totes, pallets) with lot labels. Incoterms are stated in the quote.
Yes. After T1 approval we move into series production in the same facility; approved process parameters are locked and production runs on them. We agree the batch size with you by part and tool, and can take on assembly and packing. If you'd rather run the tool on your own floor, we deliver it with a trial report and maintenance documentation.
Yes. Our R&D roots are in Atelsan Enerji, where we designed our own products for years. We define the requirements with you, create the product through industrial design and 3D modeling, make it moldable with DFM and mold-flow, validate it with a prototype and turn it into tooling-ready CAD.
The deliverables and indicative timing of each step are on the process page.
