Every resin lot is received against its certificate of analysis (CoA); tool steels arrive with mill certificates. Every carton carries part no., lot, production date, machine, mold no. and resin lot.
Records are retained.

We machine hardened tool steel to micron-level precision. Mark the critical dimensions on your drawing and we confirm achievability in writing in the DFM report.
